Women’s Health Coaching

Women’s bodies go through unique changes, hormonally, physically and emotionally.
This service is designed to support women with expert, evidence-based coaching tailored to their specific stage of life.

Whether you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause, preparing for pregnancy, returning postpartum, or needing help with pelvic floor or core concerns — you’ll receive compassionate, knowledgeable support to help you feel strong, capable and in control.

As I grew as a coach, I realised how often women were:-  Underserved, misunderstood or left without the right support.
So I chose to specialise in the areas women often need the most help with:

This has become a huge part of my passion and expertise  but it doesn’t limit who I support.

I also coach men and mixed groups, focusing on improving strength, mobility, fitness and overall wellbeing.
