MY STORY
Hi, I’m Ruth, a Personal Trainer, Menopause Coaching Specialist and small-group fitness coach.
I help people feel stronger, healthier and more confident in their bodies, with a particular passion and expertise in supporting women through all stages of life.
Whether you’re brand new to exercise, returning after time away, or ready to take your training to the next level, this is a supportive, judgement-free space designed to help you make progress that feels good and lasts.
My Journey:
Over 10 years ago, I began my own fitness journey as someone who genuinely hated exercise and felt lost in big, intimidating gym environments.
Everything changed when I discovered how empowering movement could be, physically, mentally and emotionally.
That transformation inspired me to retrain, requalify and dedicate my career to helping others experience that same confidence, strength and self-belief.
