Small Group Training in Redditch: A More Supportive Way to Get Started
Over the past few weeks, we’ve officially started our small group training sessions here at RL Fitness in Redditch and it’s been incredible to see how quickly people have settled in, grown in confidence, and started to feel part of something.
And I think that comes down to one key thing…
👉 The environment.
Because for many people, walking into a gym or large class can feel overwhelming.
Too many people.
Not knowing where to go.
Feeling like everyone else knows what they’re doing.
That’s exactly why I’ve created something different.

What Makes Small Group Training Different?
At RL Fitness, our small group sessions are kept intentionally small — with a maximum of 10 people per session.
And that changes everything.
It means:
- You’re not lost in a crowd
- You have space to move and feel comfortable
- You get real coaching, not just a workout to follow
- You can ask questions and feel supported
It’s designed to give you the best of both worlds —
the structure and coaching of personal training, with the energy and support of a group.

One of the biggest barriers I see, is not a lack of motivation…
It’s confidence.
Feeling unsure where to start.

Not wanting to feel out of place.
A smaller group removes a lot of that pressure.

Each session is carefully structured to help you build:

We use a mix of:
- Functional strength training
- Cardio-based exercises
- Mobility and movement work
Everything can be adapted to your level, whether you’re just starting out or looking to progress further.
Because no two people are the same…
and your training shouldn’t be either.

You encourage each other.
You push a little more.
You realise you’re not alone in how you feel.

you’re doing things you didn’t think you could.
That’s where confidence is built.
Not just physically, but mentally too.
